Return and Refund Policy

Return policy allows customers to request a return within 14 days of item(s) delivered. 

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition received in order for a refund to be processed. 
• To request a refund, please email thebbcollectionluxury@gmail.com with subject "Return request." Please give us at least 2 business days to respond. 
• Once your returned item is received and inspected, check your email in regards to the decision and processing of refund. All refunds will be applied to original payment method with 5- 7 business days.
